Disney’s Port Orleans Resort -Royal Guest Room Review

by eazynazy

I love to share my experiences on Resorts and specially when it’s related to Disney I get even more excited to share the magic with my readers. This review features Royal Guest Room photos and our thoughts on staying in the rooms.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Royal Guest Room at Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside Resort  and I hope you enjoy this Review.

Last time when we visited Orlando, we stayed at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and we totally fell in love with it as it was Disney Character theme resort designed for Kids. And this time we choose Port Orleans as a more romantic option and this is not to say it isn’t for kids. There are many activities for kids within the resort which keeps them entertained for your entire stay.

We stayed at Royal Guest Rooms with a Garden View and were awed to see the decor which is true to its name ROYAL

One of The Most comfortable mattress I’ve ever come across

The Royal Guest Rooms decor is all about Disney Characters, and has special “ROYAL” touches like decorated beds, Fancy Drapes, Princess portraits, and other minor touches which are shown in the pictures below .

Princess Portraits

Taps inspired by Alladin’s Magical lamp

Alladin’s Carpet

Fancy Drapes

Amenities :

Each Royal Guest Room has two queen beds, a Dining Area, bathroom and a dressing area with Sinks, Ironing Board and a Safe .

Ironing place with a safe

Toiletries

Mini Refrigerator

The other most interesting part of the room is it’s unique headboards on these beds which glitter with fiber optic “fireworks” lights.

For the Deluxe Room and other Resort Amenities, I found the rooms are more affordable when compared with other Fancy Disney Resorts.

We live in South Florida but have never stayed at Port Orleans hotel before. It is actually adorable. I will check it out on our next vacation to Disney.

Beautiful… I saw the picture before the headline, that first picture looks like middle east royalty.. then I saw the heading and thought “oh I guess that is for Aladdin.” This is an absolutely amazing room!
