San Francisco is one of the costliest cities in USA and finding a right hotel with a good deal is close to impossible. Recently I Visited San Francisco and had a wonderful experience during my stay at Cartwright Hotel.

2. Business Center
3. Complimentary Coffee/Tea
4. 2 minutes walk from Union Square
5. Clean and fresh rooms with City Views
6. Comfy bed
7. Pet Friendly

Room :
I stayed in a Newly Renovated Queen sized room with the City view on 7th floor, which is perfect for 2. The room has every basic thing I needed, Comfy Bed , Fluffy/soft towels , Clean and fresh bathroom, Luggage room, Coffee/tea maker, Iron/ironing board, Hair Dryer, Designer Toiletries  and Great View of the City from 7th floor

Queen Room

The Staff :
The Staff is available 24/7 for your assistance and were Super Friendly. They were very knowledgeable and clear with directions and information about nearby places and restaurants.

Location :
524 Sutter Street CA 94102.
This place is right in the middle of Everything you want to see in SFO, 2 minutes walk from Union Square, a half-block from the Powell Street cable car line  and Bus stop , which made my trip very easy and not tiring.
The Area was very Safe , we checked in around 12am and the area was busy with people, cable cars and Buses. Walgreens and 7/11 are right in-front of the hotel which are open 24/7.

Parking :
They do have a Self Parking(surcharge) and Valet parking(surcharge) at the backside of their hotel, ask for it’s direction at the front desk.

Summary :
Over all I had an amazing experience during my stay and I would highly recommend this place as it is very near to everything you want to see in San Francisco. You can also find their discounted rates on Expedia and Groupon .

Cartwright Hotel seems like a good option for anyone visiting San Francisco. I agree with you when you say that it’s expensive there, I remember visiting a few years ago. The location also looks great and central for exploring the city. Thanks for sharing!

The hotel looks beautiful – especially that bed! so cosy! I love the style of the reception area too. It’s great that you got a room on the 7th floor, I bet the view was great. I’ve been dying to visit SF for a while so when I do i’ll make sure to look into staying at the Cartwright Hotel.

Thanks for the recommendation. San Fransisco has been on my list of places to see. I have been wanting to visit for quite some time and may just make it there this fall. This hotel would be a great place to stay while there. Thanks for the tips.

That’s a nice hotel! When I plan to visit SF, I’ll definitely consider this. I think the best factor is that its pet friendly. Almost 90% of the hotels worldwide aren’t pet friendly and its really hard for pet owners. Good to know its bang at the centre at just 2 mins walk from Union Square.

Looks – and sounds – like a lovely place to stay. Did you get to visit the Ghirardelli store and/or ride the trolleys while you were there? Those are my favorite things to do in SF 🙂

Reply
eazynazy July 22, 2017 - 8:25 pm

Yes , I did, those are mine fav too . The cable car stop was right infront of the hotel and it dropped me near Ghirardelli. Ghirardelli desserts were one of the best I ever had 😋😋

Renting a Bike in San Francisco - EazyNazy July 23, 2017 - 10:05 pm

[…] Biking around is an excellent way to  explore the city and when I was planning my trip to SFO, it was number one on my bucket list. While I was there in SFO I found so many Bike rentals on the streets  but I wanted to choose one, which is affordable and can also offer me a child seat for my little one. After googling few and reading so many reviews I Choose Bay City Bike . It was not only affordable but was also just 1 mile away from my  Hotel. […]
