Quick Fish Fry

I am not a big fan of fish, but i love fried fish recipes. Because they are crispy , spicy and tangy .There are so many ways a fish can be fried and this is one of those quick recipes.


Preparation Time : 10 minutes 

Cooking Time : 10 minutes 

Ingredients:

  1. Fish
  2. Ginger paste/powder
  3. Garlic paste/powder
  4. Red chili powder
  5. Turmeric powder
  6. Lime juice – 2tbsp
  7. Olive oil- 1tbsp
  8. Salt to taste

Procedure:

  • Mix all the ingredients into a smooth paste and rub it on both the sides of  a fish.
  • Rest the marinade for 15 minutes
  • Heat a heavy bottom pan with 1tbsp olive oil.
  • When the oil heats up,place the marinated fish on the pan and fry it for 5 minutes on each side or until done on a medium flame.

When I lived in Nebraska we did a lot of fish fries. I sure miss them. I love some deep fried cat or bass.

I love fish. Fish is really good to me especially with Lemon on it. I never thought about putting ginger on.

I love seafood and fried fish is something I totally relish. This is a real easy peasy recipe. and sounds completely delicious. Must try it.
