I am not a big fan of fish, but i love fried fish recipes. Because they are crispy , spicy and tangy .There are so many ways a fish can be fried and this is one of those quick recipes.
Cooking Time : 10 minutes
- Ginger paste/powder
- Garlic paste/powder
- Red chili powder
- Turmeric powder
- Lime juice – 2tbsp
- Olive oil- 1tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients into a smooth paste and rub it on both the sides of a fish.
- Rest the marinade for 15 minutes
- Heat a heavy bottom pan with 1tbsp olive oil.
- When the oil heats up,place the marinated fish on the pan and fry it for 5 minutes on each side or until done on a medium flame.
