In addition to all of these amazing amenities and services, what I really loved about this resort is it’s Romantic Ambiance.

Pool Area :

The Resort has 5 pools in total in which 4 of them are the Bigger one for adults and one is for designed for kids with a slide and mini water falls.

There is also a kitten pool for kids under 4 or for kids who doesn’t know how to swim.My little one had a lot of fun in the kitten pool as he haven’t learnt swimming yet.

Complimentary Boat Ride:

There is a Boat Ride to Disney Springs from the Resort for FREE and I would highly suggest you to take this ride as you get to see one of the most beautiful sides of Disney Area which has some breathtaking views.

Complimentary Bus Shuttle :

Every Disney Resort has it’s own theme and the best thing about staying at Disney resorts is you can visit all the Disney Parks and the other Disney resorts for FREE in via buses.

Romantic side of the Resort :

I must say, Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside Resort is more to it’s romantic side as it has some really beautiful views and pathways where you can stroll around with someone special.

Movie under the Stars : 

You can also get to see Disney movies while you are relaxing in the pool or garden area. The movie time is usually at 8pm on selected days of the week. (Don’t forget to take the resort map in the lobby area in which the timings of the Movies are Scheduled for that entire week)

Arcade Room :

There’s also a Arcade/Game room available at the resort for reasonable prices and is open till 11pm. If you don’t want to go out on a Hot sunny day then the Arcade room is the best option to keep yourself or your kids entertained for couple hours.

Massage : 

If tired of strolling around the Resort or came back from the Disney Parks and looking to pamper your feet/back, just head to the Arcade room which is located right beside the Lobby Area as there are Massage chairs available for 2$/5min. This is the best way to pamper yourself or have a “Me Time” while your kids are busy in the arcade room.

Campfire :

There is a Gather ‘round as the sun goes down for old-fashioned family fun as you roast marshmallows by a crackling fire.

Play Area :

There is a Play Area for Kids of all ages right next to the Pool where kids can have some quality time playing outdoors. The best thing is this play area is in shade (between tall trees) so you don’t need to worry about your kids getting affected by the Orlando’s Hot weather.

Horse-Drawn Carriage : 

The horse drawn carriage is another beautiful source of transportation to stroll around the resort in a magical(Royal) way. The 30minute ride on this Horse-Drawn Carriage takes you to some delightful scenic landscapes offered by the Resort.

Surrey Bikes : 

We rented these surrey bikes for 20$/half hour and were able to go around the resort along the Sassagoula River which gave us some beautiful views to capture.

Golf Cart :

As I said earlier, Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside Resort is Huge in size so don’t hesitate to drive in these Golf Carts form place to place for FREE. You can also ask one to carry your luggage to and fro from your Room.

TV Stations :

There are several Indoor TV Stations to keep your kids entertained , I found two, one in the lobby area and the other in the Dinning Area. And they also have a drawing table setup for kids in the dinning area with coloring pens and papers.

Food :

There is a definitely something for everyone at Riverside Mill Food Court where you can find a wide variety of options to choose from and the prices are very reasonable

Disney Store (Fulton’s General Store) : 

There’s a Disney store located inside the resort which is also a General Store , It sells not only Disney products but also some baby food and medications.

Airport Shuttle:

Magic Express is an Airport shuttle service which is available on request . It’s a complimentary transfer from the Orlando airport to the hotel & vice versa. This service also picks up and delivers luggage directly to guestrooms for those arriving between 5 AM – 10 PM.

Magic Band : 

The Guests checking in the resort are given a Magic band which is an all in one device to make your trip easy. Using Magic Band, ●You can enter all the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. ●Your Magic band is your key to your Hotel Room. ●You can also make purchases with your Magic Band(including food). ●Even before you enter the theme park, you can reserve your access to selected attractions. So that you can avoid those long waiting lines.

Extra Magic Hours : 

Walt Disney World theme park will be open an hour early and three hours later for guests staying at any of the Disney Resorts in Orlando.This is the best time to do your favorite rides.

Summary : 

I would highly recommend this place to everyone of all ages as it has so much to do with in the resort. And the prices of the rooms with all above amenities is very reasonable.

I really THANK the entire team who works here and were there all the time, to help us find the right things/places whenever we needed making our trip truly a MAGICAL one.
