Petersen Automotive Museum

The Petersen Automotive Museum is an interesting museum for both Car Lovers and Non Car Lovers . It is one of the world’s largest automotive museums.ย The museum has over one-hundred vehicles on display, and the remaining half of the collection is kept in a “vault,” located on the basement level of the building.

We were wow’ed as soon as we entered the Museum. They have so many cars from different eras which was totally unexpected.

The ground floor focuses on automotive artistry, showcasing an array of extravagant automobiles. The second floor is a collection of interactive teaching exhibits.The third floor is all about the history of the automobiles giving a special importance to the car culture of Southern California.

The museum features a wide variety of unique exhibits such as a historical look at the automobile’s impact on U.S. culture and communities, a Hot Wheels mini-museum, and many Hollywood cars on display including the Ferrari from Magnum P.I., the original Green Hornet TV series vehicle, the Batmobile from the Michael Keaton Batman movie, and much more.

Parking :

Parking is 12$, But there’s also a lot of street parking for free.
